In CA Final Paper 6 New Syllabus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has introduced the subject called Integrated Business Solution which will be a Multi-disciplinary case study paper with some portion of strategic Management.
Before we understand what is Integrated Business Solution we need to understand what is an integrated business Process, Integrated Business service & Integrated Business system.

Integrated Business Process is a business Management process that aims to connect strategic, tactical, and operational planning, on the Local (Market, Sites), regional (including production sites), and global levels, to assess risk and opportunities, verify assumptions and generate with cross-functional collaboration a feasible integrated business plan in volume and value.

Integrated Business Services are designed to help consumer goods companies achieve high performance by rising to their core challenge—to successfully develop a winning operating model that has both global reach and scale and local relevance and intimacy.

Integrated business Systems provide tools that extract data from the data repository to improve business planning and performance tracking. Canned or ad hoc reporting tools allow organizations to create forecasts and make informed decisions from historical information.

An Integrated Business Solution allows you to connect all your data, people, and processes together in a single solution. This approach has now become the accepted best practice among leading HSEQ (Health, safety, environment and quality) management teams.

Detail knowledge sharing for the Integrated Business Solution will be shared once ICAI shared the course material with students. I i.e. CA Shivam Palan (IIMI) am going to teach this subject to students we are going to learn this subject practically.
